Every good partnership has its own personality
and unique story as to its inception and inner
workings.
Ours is no different. At the time of
this writing the three partners go back nearly 20
years. We
share a military background, entrepreneurial business
relationship and, most importantly, a mutually
respectful friendship.
Post military, Jim’s relationship with a company
he helped start in California enabled him to relocate to Indiana where he
has continued to work with them as
an Independent Agent.
Mark’s fascination and growing knowledge in money
matters lead him to simultaneously delve into the
financial planning and loan consulting arena. He became so
successful, in fact, that he needed assistance with the
office management / customer relations area. Donna’s children
were out of the home by this time and she was eager to
use her business knowledge, skills and newfound increase
of time productively. Mark initiated
the founding of a jointly beneficial and independent
service relationship.
During the normal course of business Donna found
herself assisting Mark’s clients “off the clock” in a
variety of fiscal consulting areas. Out of
necessity, Donna wrote a computer program to speed up
the clients’ process in the credit report dispute
procedure. Mark both
encouraged her and made known the service. During the
course of completing the program Donna requested help
from Jim whom she knew was knowledgeable in the software
she was using.
Jim informed Donna of the usefulness of her
program and spoke to some of his contacts in professions
who had insight.
The response was staggering and a business
partnership was conceived in order to fulfill the
projected need.
The contributors of this program possess
character traits, business approach / client
relationship views and levels of mutual respect that are
ideal for working together - - as well as the
complementary and very distinct individual skills they
bring to the table.
About Donna: I’m
a self proclaimed professional mom and homemaker. Any personal or
business endeavor had to compliment my family
priorities.
I continually self educate myself; assert over 26
years of fiscally responsible home budgeting experience
as well as 15+ years of business knowledge in the fields
of protocol, marketing and human relations; I’m solution
oriented and a problem solver by
nature.

About Mark: I served my country
for 16 years in the United States Air Force as an
aircraft technician on refueling aircraft. Throughout my
years in the service I always had my site on owning my
own company.
Though I had several endeavors I found success
through a network marketing company; this is where I had
the pleasure of first meeting Jim and then Donna a month
or so later.
Through the in-depth study of the economic,
banking, educational and marketing structures of our
great country, I found a true passion for realistic
financial planning. The mortgage
industry was another avenue which has given me the
opportunity to help others understand sound financial
practices and long-term investment opportunities. Because of my
business relationship with Donna, I asked her if she
would be interested in helping me manage my mortgage
business.
Together we discovered a lot of areas where
financial awareness was still needed with our clients
and friends.
My goal in life is to continue to educate and
help direct those who have a desire for and are in
search of financial freedom. I firmly believe
“There is NO
freedom until a person has reached economic
freedom”, and a person can only achieve that through
knowledge.
What Mark has to say about Donna &

About Jim: After graduating from
Purdue
University I became a professional soldier for 10
years.
While I was in the Air Force, I worked with
Donna’s husband and got to know the
family. I
later owned a home-based business to make ends meet and
through that endeavor met Mark. After leaving
the service, I became active in the Merchant Services
arena working with a startup company in
Central California. In
the last 12 years we have built that company into one of
the premier companies in the industry. I am very driven
to provide excellent customer service and individualized
programs for my clients. In the Merchant
Services arena, credit scores will either cause a
business owner to be approved or declined. When I was
approached by Donna to help her with some programming, I
realized this was an opportunity to educate and help a
lot of individuals to become fiscally
responsible.

It is not often you have the opportunity to work
with people you both trust and like. I am fortunate
to have had this opportunity twice in one lifetime. I have the
