Forms
From
time to time we have created or come across forms that
have proven helpful with specific
issues. We’d like to make these forms
available to all our “web clients”. Please feel
free to use any of the forms listed below as
needed.
Communications
Journal: Useful to
keep written documentation and journal (paper trail) of
important verbal communications.
If
used, a journal should be kept until the item falls off
of the credit history or a dated “letter of resolve” is
received that takes its
place.
